Was started in 1989 by Roy Kady, a forth generation Dine' Textile Weaver, now considered a Master Dine' Weaver among his peers. Learning the scared art of weaving at his grandmother and "Shima", his mother's knee at nine years of age, Roy continued to practice and perfect his gift through his teen-age years. When his mother, Mary K. Clah - a well known Master Weaver throughout the Teec Nos Pos area, considered retiring, to Roy's advantage his sister's were not interested in pursuing the direction of textile weaving at the time, so Roy acquired the tools, that had been pasted down for generations and started his venture. Now he has re-inspired his sisters, nieces and nephews and weaves with them on occasions.

Dine' Textile weaving today is appreciated as Fine Art. Each one is an original masterpiece reflecting the spirit of the maker. Over the last two hundred years the textiles have moved from the shoulder to the floor, to their current place of honor on the wall. When you are considering a purchase, remember that no weaving is perfect ; in fact part of the beauty of the textile is the fact it is hand, rather than machine woven. You can be assured that a Dine' Woven Textile is all hand processed/woven using the old primitive Dine' hand weaving techniques. All weavings are constructed using a continuous warping technique, this technique is what makes it a quality Dine' Woven Textile.

All of the Dine' Woven textiles are made of 100% Navajo Churro wool, weather it be commercial processed or all hand processed yarns.
